We started This Bakery with one clear vision - to share our true love of Bread And coffee. 

La Poblanita Bakery It is located in Lake Los Angeles Ca, Next to Vanda's Thai Restaurant, The Post Office is on the north end of the strip mall with the Barber Shop to the south , La Poblanita Bakery is owned by the Flores family.
In this picture with a batch of original design cookies are in the back, Bernardo and Natalie, Yibran, Jasmine and Nayeli in front. Not in the group picture is Ruperto who was camera shy and busy preparing baked goods for tomorrow morning. However, we caught a picture of him busy working the dough.

The doll in the picture is China Poblana for whom the bakery is named: La Poblanita Bakery.
Everything is baked ... nothing is fried. There are dairy products available in the refrigerated coolers and specialty coffee like Cafe Mocha, Cafe Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso and more!
